Our Story

After the pole studio I was recently going to closed last year, I was sad that I had to say goodbye to the pole community I had grown with and loved. Pole wasn't just a class for me, it was a way of life. I was unsure about attending other studios, and they were either too far out of the way or their timetables didn't suit my lifestyle as a busy mum. I was inspired to open my own studio, and instil the values of what I think pole should be whilst making it fun to work out. I also started to take burlesque classes and do performances, hence the new studio name - POLESQUE.

Everyone knows that fitness is good for you, but at Polesque we make it fun! We’ll help you find pole, fitness or burlesque classes that suit your lifestyle and personal goals, and whether you’re new or a seasoned veteran , we’ve got what you need to help you stay healthy and feel great. Polesque has a range of classes to suit working people, parents, students, retired and more. We have classes during weekdays, nights and weekends in the hope that you can find classes that will suit you. It's been quite a journey to get to opening but we are here, and we are very excited! Polesque is a place to come and get fit, have fun, and learn something new. There is no judgment at Polesque and we stick by our values - to inspire and empower each other whilst supporting you to conquer your goals and overcome fears that hold you back.
